The Center for Preventive Medicine^® North Texas offers a variety of payment options. Pricing for packages varies depending upon the programs and services you or your employer choose. We accept payment in the form of cash, business or personal checks, and VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Gift certificates are also available.
