• Comprehensive Examination - A comprehensive medical history review and physical examination by an Internal Medicine Specialist. This includes a review of your health risk questionnaire, medications, and lifestyle factors, such as diet and nutrition, exercise, stress management, use of alcohol or tobacco, personal safety and other disease risks.
• Cardio-focused Examination - This examination done by a Cardiologist assesses your cardiovascular health, reviews your health risk questionnaire and family history for risks of heart disease or stroke.
