The preventive health programs designed by The Center for Preventive Medicine^® are carefully reviewed by individual hospital and physician teams as well as by our parent company, U.S. Preventive Medicine^®. Thorough research, experience, medical advice and consumer preferences are considered to ensure that all testing and diagnostics are complete and wide-ranging. U.S. Preventive Medicine has spent considerable time and effort developing our standard preventive health programs to ensure that you receive consistent, high quality care at every Center throughout the country. Programs are organized by age and gender, along with options to facilitate your choice. We also offer specialized programs that enhance what our Centers have to offer.

All preventive health programs begin with completion of a comprehensive health history questionnaire at least 7 days prior to your arrival. The programs have been designed to meet your age and gender requirements. Each includes laboratory work, imaging, a comprehensive physical exam with a Center physician and health coaching. Additional testing may be required depending on your family history, risk factors and lifestyle. All services are delivered under one roof, so you can fulfill all your preventive medicine needs through the Center.
