After your visit to The Center for Preventive Medicine^®, you’ll receive test results and reports and the information compiled from your visit and health history questionnaire in an electronic format called MyMedDrive™. MyMedDrive is a password protected, USB device powered by state-of-the-art, U3 technology.

Using MyMedDrive is easy. Simply plug the device into the USB slot of your computer to examine the results of your day at the Center in the comfort of your own home. By following directions on the screen, you can examine preventive test results, view colorful animations and learn about your tests and their normal ranges. Also, if your drive contains radiology images, you can click the Image Viewer button to examine your scans and manipulate them as you wish.

Successful entry of your password takes you to the MyMedDrive screen listing five areas for you to review:

• Body Metrics
• Laboratory
• Imaging
• Resources

To begin exploring the contents of MyMedDrive, simply click on the links shown. Most buttons open a PDF viewer that allows you to look at the documents. You can also use all the typical features of a PDF viewer, such as print, zoom, save or page forward.

MyMedDrive is small, easy-to-use and conveniently mobile. As a baseline of your health status, MyMedDrive allows you to carry your medical history with you wherever you go, especially in case of an emergency or when you travel away from home. You can also use it to share records with your primary care physician.
